I have had no issues. My PC is quick with everything I ask it to do. ( I wish they would beef up my work PC) I run this at 4.0 GHZ using my Asrock OC software. I use fan cooling and heat sink. With work and kids.. I dont have the time anymore to play with manual overclocking. But, I have seen no need to push it any futher.. .... GREAT PROCESSOR! Since I bought it I've had it running at 4.2ghz, its cooled by a Hyper 212+ (idle 30c, load 65c). 0 Problems and this thing literally handles everything I throw at it. I bought it in February of 2011 and it has been running almost 24/7 ever since. Its performance still leaves nothing to be desired. Cons: I look forward to building myself a new computer every two years or so, but this processor has stubbornly failed to become even a little bit obsolete, so I'm relegated to upgrading hard drives and video cards for now. With experimenting I was able to overclock it to 4.5ghz at 1.385v. Idles at 35C, Load at 62C. To this day the overclock is still running solid.
