Pros: Good overclocking potential. Got a current stable overclock on the chip at 3.5GHz and still isn't breaking high 50's temperature wise.

Cons: None besides the stock cooler.

Other Thoughts: If you are looking to overclock this chip do not use the stock cooler. I spent an extra $20 and got a Dynatron P985 which does a great job at keeping the temperatures down.

Cons: Might need a better heatsink and fan, but the stock one works fine for me
