5 out of 5 eggsWorks Great!

Pros: -Low power consumption
-Works great for me when I put it under pretty heavy load (50-80% CPU usage, not OC'd)
-Quad core
-Fast (2.8 Ghz is great)
-If that's not fast enough for you, you can OC it to 3.3 Ghz
-Can handle my GTX 750
-Had it for almost a year, and I've had no problems with it!

Cons: -None except that I will need a new processor when it comes to upgrading my graphics card to something like a GTX 980

5 out of 5 eggsWhat a little champ

Pros: What a little champ! This chip has handled everything I've thrown at it flawlessly. Great bang for buck, low power consumption.

Cons: None yet.

Other Thoughts: I bought this for my home 'jack of all trades' server I built in Feb/Mar 2014. It runs Plex, Minecraft Server, Confluence and a few other things without a bobble. It stays cool and keeps the power bill down.

This was great on its own, then my PSU in my big gaming desktop died and I had to use this as my daily driver for a few weeks. Even running all of the background applications it kept up with some mild gaming and 60+ chrome tabs.

I'm really impressed by this chip even coming from an overclocked i7 in my gaming desktop.

Case: Corsair Obsidian 250D
PSU: Corsair CS650M 650W
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z87N-WIFI
CPU: Intel i5-4440s
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i AIO (I had this laying around and it fits well in the 250D - this is obviously overkill for this CPU)
RAM: Crucial Ballistix Sport 16GB (Java eats ram like none other)
SSD: Samsung 840 EVO 500GB
HDD: 2x WD Black 4TB drives

5 out of 5 eggsGreat performance

Pros: low power, fast performance, quad

Cons: a bit confused at first by the already applied thermal solution.. Intel documentation could be improved on that.
