You also get Intel Virtualization Technology hardware enhancements that support software based virtualization. Pros: Best price point for an x5500 series, IMO. Makes my 3D renders quite fast: worth the expense if you're a 3D professional.
Cons: None that I can see: from what I've read about previous series, this seems like a great performer while keeping temperatures more moderate. Only main gripe I have right now is with a CPU cooler: default Intel solutions are LOUD if at the default high RPM speed.
