Very quick application start up time. (Photoshop boots in 3 sec, whereas it used to be around 10 sec with 4gb)

Not sure if they're the same but just without heat spreaders, or they mixed up the items, but it shouldn't matter. I hope.

If Newegg has explanation of some sort, that'd be nice. I'm just curious that's all.

Other Thoughts: Bought this to bump up the ram in my G780. At first it only registered 1 stick, after re-seating both registered. Blame falls on the odd placement of laptop ram.

Pros: As advertised, good value.

Other Thoughts: No problems a year later.

Pros: Works in newer computers--specifically in Dell M4600 as a dual channel 4x4GB configuration. Came with metal heat-sinks. Have used for around 6 months 24/7 = no problem @1600MHz. Run in M6500 too but at 1333MHz only. :(

Pros: Excellent Memory! Scored 7.8 on Windows Experience Index for Memory! I actually bought the 16gb kit after this and paired it with a Kingston HyperX 120gb SSD and the Windows Experience Index for both the Hard Drive and Memory went to 7.9!

Pros: I bought an Asus K55N Laptop last year and put this memory in there. It is really fast. I paid $43, not 60. Noticealy Difference!! Kingston got this right as they dont make good flash drives from my experience ha. It also came in the mail within 7 days.
