Pros: none

Cons: Failed out of the box.

Manufacturer Response:

Hello, I'm Jewel with Kingston Technical Support. We apologize for the issue experienced with the HyperX memory. We perform 100% testing on all of our products, as detailed here: http://www.kingston.com/us/company/testing . As perfection is out of reach, there is a small chance of receiving a faulty or defective product. In a case like this we stand by our products and can replace the memory under it's lifetime warranty. Please call us at 1-800-435-0640 (USA and Canada only) M - F 6am - 6pm PT and I or another available Technician will assist you.

Thank you for selecting Kingston as your upgrade partner.

5 out of 5 eggsexcellent ram

Pros: very good speed and ram. Solid and stabe.

Cons: Hyper's have never let me down since DDR1 days.

Other Thoughts: always my go to RAM in all my builds regardless it's me, my family, business clients, friends.or whoever for 20 yrs of my computer building life. As far as my experience, not a single stick has gone wrong, other than age, but that's due to happen anyhow.

5 out of 5 eggsQuality Stick

Pros: Very stable, even after overclocking with no special cooling applied. Also the Kingston factory heat-sink is quite nice and very solidly attached. Iv owned other DIMM's that had flaky plastic covers, or they weren't attached that great to the chip.

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: I used to think kingston was kinda a brick and mortar/pleb brand. But lately theyv been making some nice stuff.

5 out of 5 eggsGreat memory

Pros: Can't go wrong with Kingston. Been around for a long time and stands behind their products. Never had a compatibility issue on any motherboard I installed on.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Bought two of these sticks for two separate home business builds and am very happy.
