5 out of 5 eggsKingston has done it again for me

This review is from: HyperX Fury Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 Desktop Memory Model HX318C10FK2/16

Pros: -2 x 8 Gigabyte Modules (16GB total) For sub $100
-1866 MHz, great for AMD APUs or APUs in general
-Effective heat sink and with a simple design and style that makes it appealing without taking up too much room in your case
-Comes in a different colors

Cons: -Not a serious issue but, different colors for some reason is at a different price

Other Thoughts: Installed the modules and it was detected at full speed right away with zero configuration.

5 out of 5 eggsworks with dell xps 8700

This review is from: HyperX Fury Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 Desktop Memory Model HX318C10FK2/16

Pros: very nice memory. great price and warranty. Love the Blue color. Replaced original memory with these, rebooted and everything seemed ok. Windows 10 kept restarting due to nvlddmkm.sys error. I needed to put the original RAM in the other 2 slots to slow DRAM frequency down to 800Mhz. system now has 24Gbytes of very stable RAM.

Cons: Dell XPS 8700 Mainboard 0KWVT8, A11 BIOS doesn't have many options for memory timing selections. Not the fault of the Kingston HyperX Fury.

Other Thoughts: I should have purchased the HX316C10FK2/16 kit instead for better compatibility with the XPS 8700 motherboard.. I will buy more of the HyperX Fury. Very happy.

5 out of 5 eggs2 Months and Working Great

This review is from: HyperX Fury Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 Desktop Memory Model HX318C10FK2/16

Pros: Great price (thanx NewEgg!)
Overclocked with no problems
Looks great
What else can I say? It's RAM...

Cons: Absolutely none

Other Thoughts: Bought one set of this a month before. Bought this set to max out my memory. (I know, I know, buy RAM in a kit.) I can run several VMs simultaneously with my 32G of RAM with no problems.

My rig:
Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0
AMD FX-8350
Corsair H100i
32G Kingston HyperX Fury 1866 (Blue)
[GPU nothing special -- yet]

5 out of 5 eggsGreat power for the price!

This review is from: HyperX Fury Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 Desktop Memory Model HX318C10FK2/16

Pros: Has outstanding performance! I don't think I've seen the thing peak yet! And I do a lot of gaming/internet browsing with a boatload of tabs.

Cons: Non that I can think of.

Other Thoughts: Got these for my gaming rig because they were fast and there were blue ones. My whole PC is decked out in Black and Blue.

5 out of 5 eggsAuto Detected in BIOS

This review is from: HyperX Fury Series 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 Desktop Memory Model HX318C10FK2/16

Pros: Blue heatspreader on the RAM shows off the LED's in my case perfectly. Passed memory test running Hammer test overnight with NO ERRORS. Was not listed on the QVL for ASRock z97 Anniversary Motherboard, but it DOES WORK. Auto detected to 1866 without me even having to go into the UEFI Bios to change settings.

I can say I was actually surprised. So far it's running great. Would have liked to seen in on the QVL but if it works, it works right?

Cons: Can't think of any other then I couldn't buy the extra to max out my system lol

Other Thoughts: Would love to see this officially tested by ASRock and HyperX on the ASRock motherboards so people can see it on the QVL and not they have something that does work and even auto clocks to the Manufactures speed rating without having to do anything
