5 out of 5 eggs500-Read/500-Write. FAST

Pros: The first day i had this thing i loaded up Windows 10 Pro. The first boot clocked it at 8.9 seconds. After i loaded about 95 Gigs of games and HDD intensive programs It boots up in 23 seconds. By far one of the fastest SSD's for the price. I am Writing this review 3 months adter i got it. Without clearing cache and only doing little system maintence. I boot up on average 38 seconds. This is still very good. My Other pc i have a 1tb WD blue 7200RPM and it took 3 times the time in order for me to open google chrome. I do reccomend you get a program that you can manage your start up programs so you can even get a quicker boot time.

I do play a lot of games and the more important games like CS:GO and ARK Start up super fast. Twice as fast as my old HDD

So for those of you who are looking to increase the speed this drive is for you

I love the size, quality, and speed of this SSD

Cons: I wish it was free.

SSD's are a little pricey for more space but they are well worth it.

Other Thoughts: Perfect drive for anyone who wants to speed up there pc and increase the speed of your games starting up.

Like i said i do recommend getting an application startup manager so you get the best optimal startup speed.

4 out of 5 eggsFulfilled my need nicely

Pros: Excellent read speeds (~450Mb/s). This was a subsequent purchase of this specific drive, with no problems from the previous two.

Cons: Write speeds nowhere near read speeds (~145Mb/s).

Other Thoughts: I bought an initial pair of these to use in some benchmarks where I did not want potential drive differences to influence the results. One is directly attached to a motherboard under test, and the second is in a separate machine for network tests. This third one is going in another networked machine. They haven't gotten regular, daily use, but benchmarking supposedly hits SSDs rather hard, and I've had no problems.

5 out of 5 eggsZippy and fine

Pros: This is 2.5 inches of solid, hard, drive - partitioned FAT

Cons: The only con is the slick con it lays on the streets and in the sheets

Other Thoughts: Used as a boot drive and it gets my PC up every time.

5 out of 5 eggsLoving this SSD

Pros: Over 500 MBps on the read and write speeds, which can help make an operation system boot up REALLY FAST !

Cons: Zip, Zero, NONE !

Other Thoughts: Hyper X is a division of Kingston Tech, they have been building computer memory products since 1987

5 out of 5 eggsWorks just as expected

Pros: I'll start this off by stating, I use this drive for the OS, nothing else. I have not run any "hard drive performance analysis" software on it, because quite frankly I don't care. It's an OS drive, Windows couldn't care less and neither could I. It was $39 when I bought it and I would buy more without hesitation. Good drive.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I don't build PC's to benchmark them.

5 out of 5 eggsI like it!

Pros: It reads and writes very fast. It was easy to install.

Cons: My only gripe is I downloaded a toolbox from Kingston and it pops up every time I start Windows. Easy fix but I just haven't had the time to do it yet.

Other Thoughts: Works great using for a boot drive.

5 out of 5 eggsnot to bad

Pros: not doa :)
great price, has a case badge, came with this plastic frame type thing for the top around the logo ...dunno what that's for but looks cool.a bit faster than old ssd a scandisk 60gb SDSSDP-064G-G25 was already pretty good but must admit it defiantly boosted speed for opening programs and apps and of coarse boosted capacity as well

Cons: took a longer than expected to get here

Other Thoughts: all in all great ssd and replaced for the same price as i paid for my original one i got over 2 years ago.

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome SSD! Works Just Fine!

Pros: -Worked out of the box, no firmware update needed.
-Recognized by my B75 motherboard just fine (See Other for full system specs). Set BIOS to AHCI mode, so can't tell if IDE would work for this.
-Has had no issues with my build
-Very good price to performance
-Came with SATA cable

Cons: -None at the moment.

Other Thoughts: Cheapest "performance" SSD I could find at the time, although the SSD performs just as good as my Samsung 840.
Came with tiny HyperX sticker/badge.
Honestly not sure why it's called the "Cloud9" edition, besides the fact that it's labeled after HyperX's gaming team.
Full Specs:
-Gigabyte B75M-D3H mATX motherboard
-Intel i5-2500k (not overclocked, Be Quiet Dark Rock Pro 3)
-8GB Corsair Vengeance LP (2x4 DIMM)
-Corsair 750TX
-PNY GTX 670 2GB
-Thermaltake V21

4 out of 5 eggsDecent Value Starter 120GB SSD

Pros: -(Mostly) Faster than a spinning disk
-Inexpensive when I purchased it

Cons: -Weak on sequential writes
-3 YR warranty (though 3YR seems to have become standard on budget and mainstream SSDs)

Other Thoughts: Test system is an Ivy Bridge i5 on a Z75 chipset.
