Kingston HyperX 1GB 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) Desktop Memory Model KHX6400D2/1G

Pros: I bought the first module in july 2010, I had 2 other modules @ pc 533MHz I used them in A1 & B1, and the Kingston in A2. My PC worked ok but after a while I figured to get 2 more Kingston HyperX of same frequency and size.
I have a total of 3Gb and I'm going to purchase 1 more soon.

Cons: None.

Pros: It snapped right in and computer recornized it, no trouble at all

Other Thoughts: Replacing 3 year old memory, almost doubled the speed of the system

Pros: Never had any problem with Kingston

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: The extra money you have to spend is worth it.

Pros: They live up to the Kingston reputation. Clipped in and worked without any tweaks required.

Cons: None for me.

Pros: Plugged in great, excellent balance for my AMD 6000+ @ 3.0ghz.

Fast fast fast, I saw a 30% jump in my performance in windows XP. Great ram.

super fast delivery by newegg! Ordred it on Friday, got in on Tuesday!

Cons: Not really a con in part of the ram, but a few days to a week after receiving the ram packet, my computers hard drive crashed. Started with random lock ups, I moved the ram package to a few different slots, then used 2GB still the same thing.

the hard drive finally went last week.

my build is pretty ancient by enthusiast standards and with the extra GB of ram to my 2GB of ram allowed me to multi task a great deal better on programs such as photoshop, dreamweaver and run l4d2 and itunes at the same time. Itunes almost certainly ate up my resources a great deal of the time, so the extra stick improved my system for awhile.

Pros: it works, it looks nice, i noticed a slight increase in speed, it fits.

Other Thoughts: I had bought a PNY stick that was advertised with a heat spreader and had none. This is what I got to replace it since my system runs extremely hot. I couldn't be happier! Not a single error and the heat spreader is rock solid. This is RAM, so the less you notice it the better off you are!

This item was unusually slow to ship. Although it arrived within Newegg's time frame for delivery, it did so on the last day of that time frame. Odd since Newegg typically has my items to me before their shipping window has even begun...

Pros: Nice heat spreader, fast, no errors

Other Thoughts: It's RAM. RAM only gets noticed when it fails.

The shipping was longer than I have come to expect from Newegg. It was within their promised window, but this is the first time a delivery has ever "gone the distance".

Pros: It's fast, it's cheap, it works. There's not much else to say here, this is RAM we're talking about here.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Kingston has long been regarded as a "budget" memory manufacturer. While their products are inexpensive, who cares? If it does the job and does it just as well as anything else, budget is the new luxury :)
