5 out of 5 eggsPixie Sticks

Pros: I wanted a memory upgrade for my HP Pavilion m7357c (with a Pentium D 920 processor, Asus 95LP-LE motherboard, and Intel 945P chipset), so I bought two pairs of these puppies. Installation was painless; the BIOS didn't need help figuring out what should be done with these newcomers.

Cons: There was nary an issue to be found in this memory.

4 out of 5 eggsDoes the job

Pros: Simple RAM with not a lot of perks, but it does what it needs to for every day computing.

Cons: Nothing spectacular about it. Kingston makes durable products that do what their specs say, expect no more.

5 out of 5 eggsProps

Pros: -Works, always a plus
-Fits, also always a plus
-Viable, successfully increased the RAM on my dinosaur Dimension 8400 from 1GB to 3GB. Noticeable performance increases, especially during startup, loading screens, video playback, and gaming. Mind you, it's not a whole new world, just a noticeable increase.

Cons: -Didn't want to plug all the way into to MOBO at first. After a little tough love we worked everything out though.

Other Thoughts: No visual appeal, if you're into that kinda thing.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Worked just fine in an upgrade for a client's older Pentium 4 desktop. They have been very pleased so far.

Cons: The small form factor was a little hard to work with, but no big deal.

Other Thoughts: Computer didn't boot after I first installed. Took them out, replaced the old RAM and updated the BIOS. Put the modules back in and it booted right up. Something for people to watch for if they are having problems.
