5 out of 5 eggsSolid RAM, great price!

Pros: It's Kingston. Never a problem with these sticks; I've yet to receive a bad set from them. When I bought them, they were pretty fast for the time, and at a great price.

Cons: None!

5 out of 5 eggsGREAT

Pros: It's memory that works, what else is there to say.

Cons: I remember the days (not long ago) when 1gb was alot of memory... not really a con for this module.

Other Thoughts: I wonder if santa is real?

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome!!!

Pros: Works Well in my ASUS P5Q SE PLUS MoBo. Detected right away.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I used this to increase my RAM from 3gb to 4gb and of course I did a fresh install of Win 7 64bit. My Memory (RAM) Aero Score increased from 6.5 to 6.9 My other 3 sticks of RAM are identical. Because of my BIOS settings with the existing RAM I didn't have to make a single adjustment. According to CPUZ I am running at 1066 MHz at 2.2v

5 out of 5 eggsSmooooth!

Pros: Previously purchased two of these from Newegg for my Asus M3N78-VM, just got the third one and what a difference, I mean zooom! And fast shipping too, thanks Newegg.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Speed almost doubled due to motherboard configuration issues. The following quote is from the memory section of the owners manual.
Due to the chipset's limitation, the 1066 MHz memory modules run at 1066 MHx only when:
Two 1066MHz memory modules installed in the same colored slots(either in the yellow slots or black slots);
and, one 1066 MHz memory module installed in any of the remaining slots.
In other cases, the 1066 MHz memory module can only run at 800MHz.
*In other words, on the Asus M3N78-VM, the only way to achieve 1066 MHz speed from your 1066 MHz memory, is to install no more or less than 3 modules as described in the above instructions.*

The same rule here pertaining to memory configuration, may may be an issue with other motherboard models as well. I find it helpful to always get the motherboard maker's memory vendor's (compatible) list for each model, and read the manual for info about the most efficient memory slot configuration.

5 out of 5 eggsOutstanding!

Pros: Performs nicely, always got good performance from Kingston memory chips thus far, very reliable brand.

Cons: No cons.

It always pays to find the motherboard's memory vendor list for compatibility.

Other Thoughts: Presently running 2 of these Kingston HyperX memory sticks next to an AMD Phenom ll X2 550 3.10 GHz Black Edition processor, a Seagate 320 gb 7200 rpm SATA ll hard drive, and a decent 520 watt power supply, on an Asus M3N78-VM motherboard with on-board Nvidia GE Force 8200 video processor running Microsoft Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit OS, ie9 and completely void of resource hogs.

While this computer is a modest cruiser, I'm looking forward to stepping it up to drag race level with a pair of Nvidia GE Force GTX 590 video cards, 2 Western Digital SATA lll Veliciraptor 600 gb hard drives (RAID 0), an Intel core I7-990X Extreme edition, a gold edition high wattage modular power supply, running on whatever 1366 motherboard that will run the largest amount of (compatible) fast memory efficiently, and have a reliable SATA lll chipset and RAID 0 controller. That's not asking too much is it?

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Memory

Pros: Great memeory for a 1066 which made my system speed up noticeably. Good heat sinks and dont get any hotter then any other memory but increased my boot time and responce time of the whole system. Its Kingston HyperX for gaming and makes a difference in gaming improvement.

Cons: Some people say it not DDR 3 hey if you want DRR3 then buy a new motherboard and quit complaing about the memeory. Thats the only con I see is that some people try to make Kingston memory look bad

Other Thoughts: My motherboard (GA-965P-DQ6) said it uses a FSB of 1066 DDR 2 but never used that memory used the FSB of 800 which I thought was fast but the 1066 is faster noticeably. Should have switched it a few years ago but cost was a facter. Bought 2 stick to see how it works and when I found how much difference it made after 2 weeks ordered 2 more to boost my system even faster!
