Pros: Quality chips, same brand as IBM OEM.

Cons: Had to move the Kingston to slots 1&2 and OEM to 3&4 to get server to see the RAM and boot.

Other Thoughts: Stable with 2 months of uptime in an IBM eServer x336 running Windows server 2003.

Pros: If you picked up a cheap Dell Precision 670 workstation and need to upgrade the RAM, get this kit. Don't bother with anything else, as it won't work.

Cons: more expensive than regular non-ECC RAM, but you saved money on that computer right?

Pros: Highest available size for the HP xw8200 workstation. Works perfect. Cheaper than anything else out there. I filled all my xw8200 slots up with this kit to get 8Gbytes total. 64bit Windows 7 now just rocks.

Cons: The only complaint I have is the newegg non-refundable policy on this product.
