5 out of 5 eggsSC420 Perfect Upgrade

Pros: Worked out perfectly in my aging Dell SC420, along with a processor upgrade (Pentium 4 631). Picked up 4 total sticks - ECC, Unregistered, only stuff that'll work in that server.

Cons: Wish it was cheaper - but the 'Egg had it for the best overall price. ECC typically runs higher in price, so it was expected.

Other Thoughts: Plan on making the server into a ESX box, light duty.

5 out of 5 eggsFlawless

Pros: Works perfectly in the ASUS RS120-E4/PA2 server from Newegg. Low price point.

Cons: None at all.

Other Thoughts: Paired with the ASUS server (RS120-E4/PA2) purchased from Newegg. Installed with Intel Quad Core Xeon X3220 and runs flawlessly. Intel Certified memory...very nice.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great!

Pros: Just purchased 4-1GB sticks for a Dell SC420 PowerEdge Server. In addition to swapping out the Celeron D CPU with an P4 631 Cedar Mill processor, the machine has new life again. Hyperthreading and all...

Cons: None that come to mind.

Pros: decent capacity, ecc and reliable for low cost

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: 2 sticks ran memtest over night with out an error (as it should be). not a long term test but a good start.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Works great in my Dell PowerEdge sc440. Upgraded that 512mb 533 ram to 2gb 667. Definately pleased. Will buy 2 more soon. Gotta love the Kingston warranty too.

Cons: None to speak of.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks great with TYAN S2925G2NR AM2 server board

Pros: Worked great with TYAN S2925G2NR AM2 server board. Posted/Booted first time, good performance, price, availability.

Cons: The TYAN S2925G2NR AM2 server board supports up to DDR2 800, and this RAM is only DDR2 667.

Other Thoughts: Couldn't find an inexpensive DDR2 800 that closely resembled Tyan's memory compatibility website, but this DDR2 667 works great.
