Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: this hot sauce is ruining my sphincter

5 out of 5 eggsSolid

Pros: Best price out there ...
Kingston is reliable and has lifetime warranty
Runs cool

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: I order nearly one hundred modules of kingston memory a month and have had a disturbing amount fail about about 3-6 months. Hopefully it won't happen with these chips :/

5 out of 5 eggsExcellent memory for HP

Pros: This memory works great in my wife's HP dv9310us laptop. Boot up is faster than before: 40 seconds less for Vista to come up.

Cons: None. Buy this memory if you have a HP laptop!

Other Thoughts: I had previously upgraded the laptop with Corsair value memory. The specs indicate the memory should work, but it was very flaky in the HP laptop. Don't trust specs alone when upgrading HP memory.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks perfectly

Pros: Reasonable price, easy to install, works as promised -- as expected from Kingston and past experience w/ Newegg. I replaced 2 512MB SODIMMs with 2 1GB SODIMMs in an HP 8430 WinXP notebook. Significant performance improvement, no issues with hardware recognizing the components.

Cons: None

5 out of 5 eggsDefinitely worth $13.99

Pros: I spent a long time searching for the correct memory for my Compaq Presario 502 laptop. It took some work to get the flap off that opens into the memory compartment, but once I did, this was easy to install.
I have Vista, and I upgraded from 512MB to currently using 1.5 GB. I can definitely tell a difference in the speed of my computer - thanks Kingston and Newegg!

Cons: No cons except the time I spent searching for the right type of memory (I had never purchased memory before, so I didn't know how "exact" the match had to be).
