5 out of 5 eggsAcer Aspire One (first gen) Netbook

Pros: This RAM noticeably sped up my netbook. I got a few more years of daily use out of it thanks to this RAM.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I have one of the original Acer Aspire One netbooks, and I bought this to max out my RAM at 1.5GB. The netbook was a pain because I had to take it all the way apart to get to the RAM, but the new stuff popped right in and has worked great ever since then. I wish Acer hadn't soldered the other 512MB of RAM to the motherboard so I could have bought two of these and upgraded my netbook to 2GB... oh well.

5 out of 5 eggsNo Brainer buy!

Pros: -good quality product
-fast instillation
-easily compatible

Cons: -took longer than I wished to arrive
-standard hard to open sonically sealed packaging

Other Thoughts: Be very carful when installing these you can damage your computer if you do not do it properly ie leave the batter in by mistake. Otherwise this was a perfect buy. I have had my computer for 6 years and as soon as I "upgraded" to vista I had Tons of problems. Now with my 2 GB of Ram (2X1GB) my computer runs better. I'm still switching to Mac but at least now I can keep my old PC as a backup!

5 out of 5 eggsGreat product!

Pros: Great RAM. Fast and reliable, as it is always with Kingston

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Kingston is always great. I've been working in a computer store specialized in custom computers for over 6 years before my current job. It has always been a good brand, fail rates/returns are extremely low. This is a brand you can trust! Thanks again Kingston for this great product!
