Other Thoughts: Upgraded a dead laptop and these fit the bill great. With a new Western Digital internal drive and Windows 7 I have a new laptop again, for way less than getting a new one.

Pros: Perfect inexpensive upgrade for those Windows Vista laptops that came with only 1gb of memory installed.

Other Thoughts: If the laptop had a better processor, I would have went with the 4gb set. What were these manufacturers thinking?...or what was Microsoft thinking? Windows Vista is as bad as they say, even when it's good, and they only shipped with 1gb.

Pros: Works fine in a Dell Latitude D510 with a Pentium M CPU.

Pros: It works with Acer Aspire 5570-4765. It's easy to install. It has improves system performance.

Pros: I bought it from NewEgg and the Crucial ram was perfect. I upgraded my wife's 5yr old 3ghz/hyperthreading technology HP ZD8000 from 1gb of PC2 4200 to PC2 5300 2x1gb (max 2gbs for Win XP Pro) and wow what a difference. I have only used it a little but it was highly noticeable for a difference in start up and web browsing with multiple pages incl. Facebook which is a RAM hog!
