On one 10 days of pictures disappeared. On the other, it at least told me the data was corrupted and i only lost 1 day of photos. Not worth the risk if you ever want to look at the pictures you take. Cons: Bought card, filled with pics, stuck in digital photo frame for a while. Pulled it out to load new photos, Windows refuses to recognize the card. So what happened? Who knows and who cares. Oddly, still works in the digital frame, but who has the time to wrestle with these issues these days? And no, mama didn't raise no dummy, i tried formatting, XP, Win7: no dice. Other Thoughts: This is just drives home that CF is a lousy archival technology. Glad I wasn't using this piece of junk to store files. Don't waste ur hard earned money, buy the cheaper varieties. Cons: Doesn't work ,but not because of corrupt data or anything, but instead the holes for the pins are not the correct size. A few, are way too small for the mating end of a CF connector. Cons: I was using this card in my Canon 40D and roughly 1 out of every 50 pictures was corrupted and unreadable. Other Thoughts: I have since switched to a SanDisk card and have had no problems whatsoever. Doesn't matter how fast or cheap a CF card is if it's corrupting my pictures. Unacceptable.
