Plug and Play

Pros: No Hastle Installation
Does not require any BIOS tweaking
NO heat up problems

Cons: None So far

Other Thoughts: I did reasearch on compatibility with my mother board (intel DP45SG) and found that this one will fit my board with no issue (Tested and recommended for the board in Kingston website). It was just Plug and play. Had no issue with it so far.

Not ValueRAM if it won't work

Pros: low price DDR3 1333 MHz

Cons: I began experiencing random freeze-ups a couple of weeks after building my system. DOS memory test didn't show any problems. Thought it might be the Seagate drive I'd installed. Meanwhile I updated the BIOS, video driver, and anything else I could think of. The problem kept getting worse.
Then I checked back here and saw reviews showing a similar experience to my own.
Ordered some OCZ from Newegg and have had no problems whatsoever since pulling out the Kingston (No)Value-RAM, and putting in the OCZ.

Other Thoughts: What a waste of money - sometimes you really do get what you pay for.
I might try to send it back to the Mfr, if it's not too much of a hassle. Ya, good luck with that, right??
