Pros: Excellent upgrade. Will see increased performance at start up. Always recommend Kingston for laptop ram.

Cons: None that i could think of.

Other Thoughts: Upgraded my Dell Inspirion 1721 from 2 to 4 GB. Games and other programs run more smooth, load and processing times are reduced. Another great deal from New Egg!

Pros: This memory does what it should. No more bogging when my virus scanner kicks on. The laptop (Dell) is running great now. Memory installed without issue. Shipping was quick.

Cons: None at this time.

Other Thoughts: Soooo happy to not have the bog down anymore!

Other Thoughts: i used this to upgrade my early 2009 macbook 5,1 from 2gb of 667 ddr2... now i can play games, and/or run almost as many programs as i want smoothly

Pros: I bought this 4GB memory kit to upgrade my Dell Inspiron 1720 Laptop. My laptop is like brand new now! It is super fast and the memory sticks were very easy to install. The full 4GB's were recognized immediately. Great product, arrived very quickly.

Pros: Used this for a computer job. The laptop manufacturer incorrectly stated the max amount of memory the model supported. It was really only 2 GB.

But i was able to use one of these in that system and another one of these in another job.

Cons: NONE that i can think of.

Other Thoughts: Definitely double-check the laptop mfg for maximum supported amount. Most modern ones use at least 4 now.
