Pros: I always use Kingston memory and I have never had a problem. Did not realize that this was low profile but it did not affect anything. Snapped right in and recognized immediately. No issues.

Cons: None.

Pros: Plug n Play. Works like a charm, noticeable difference in speed from the 8G I had to the 12G I'm sporting now. Kingston never lets you down.

Cons: None.

Pros: Elpedia chips. Price. Half height. Stable.

Cons: None.

The only thing is that Newegg has a full height picture of this ram and it's half height. Doesn't matter to me.

Other Thoughts: Buy this kit if you want perfectly stable ram. This is not enthusiast ram. Surprisingly, I was able to safely/stably overclock this ram to 1600 MHz with adjusting the timing to 9-9-9-27. I was just curious and it passed prime 95 with 5 passes. I put it back to the stock 1333 MHz and timing 9-9-9-24. Just building a budget workstation for a customer.

Pros: I was sent what I ordered.

Cons: But, I ordered the wrong thing. I re-ordered the right thing, but I need to send this one back....how do I do that? I don't need a refund, I will take credit.

Pros: After looking at qualified vendor list for the Motherboard, i decided to get this RAM. It was much shorter that i thought it would. Actually makes the inside of the case look cleaner. It was green. no big deal for me. I installed on 2 of the 4 slots in dual channel and was recognized instantly on a new build with Asus AM3 MB and Cooler Master Elite PSU for a friends son as an upgrade for a Christmas present. Was also considering G. Skill, Corsair, and Crucial, however this was exactly listed on QVL. It was a great deal at the time of purchsae as well, less than at the time of this review.

Cons: Non that i can think of really. Kind of small to handle if have larger hands.

Pros: It's RAM, not sure what else to say other than 'it works'. My computer now has a ridiculous amount of RAM for pretty cheap. This is also low-profile RAM, which is a nice change from the usual ridiculous heat sinks, especially since my case is a bit cramped.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: Need non-ridiculous RAM? Can't go wrong with these.

Pros: The memory is very cheap for the GB.

got away with a 1600mhz overclock on ASUS M5A97 havent tried higher yet.

Cons: it doesn't have flashy hotrod red heatsinks.
same price as 1600 ram of the same size nowadays

Other Thoughts: When parts are manufactured its cheapest to make the parts clockable from low to high end, The manufacturer just locks the clocks and sells it for the price. the low end and high end of the same generation cost the same amount of cents to make. so buy cheap and overclock. you wont regret it.

Pros: Not expensive, on MB approved list, EXTREMELY low profile

Other Thoughts: Work as expected. Kinda' ugly.

Pros: Dont let the size of these memory chips fool you. My old memory is 2x2gb, installed 2 2x4 gb kingstons in the first 2 memory slots, and older memory in the last 2 memory slots. Old memory is twice as tall as the new memory. Old is 8500/10600 comp, new is 10600 only. Running Win 7 home prem 64bit, first power up, this new memory detected and is running fine. Now at 12 gb of memory and noticeable difference in performance. Very satisfied.
