5 out of 5 eggsGood

Pros: I didn't check the speed but it's was faster than a tough... at least for a normal use...

no prob with my samsung camera es70 (pic + video)

Cons: none (the usb reader seem not THAT cheap... for me its just... normal... we are in 2011 lol... $$$$$$)

Other Thoughts: i bough

Kingston 4GB Micro SDHC Flash Card with Adapters & USB Reader Model MBLYG2/4GB

and it's comming with a micro sd + 3 size of adapters.

the MobileLiteG2 Reader can read it with the big (normal sdhc size) adaptor but we cant put the little adaptor inside the other entry. it's not the same kind of sd card... the micro sd with the little adaptor is too big to enter...

Not a big prob, i bough that 4 gb 10 $ just for the adapters anyway lol and the 4 gb is working with the big adaptor...

5 out of 5 eggsGreat bargain

Pros: Kingston's unlimited warranty, great tech specs, works perfect out of the box. Paired this with my Coolpix s640--out of the box into the camera, first pictures in seconds. Perfection.

NewEgg's compare feature helps when trying to figure out why 4 different chips, all the same capacity and manufacturer, vary greatly in price. Used it, and the manufacturer's website, to make the wise choice.

Cons: No complaints

Other Thoughts: While reviewing several other memory chips, I decided to narrow it down to Kingston (preffered brand, PNY would be next in line). There were several 16gb Kingston chips, some of them varied by a few $ or many $.

Always take a few moments to use the NewEgg compare feature, and when it looks like all the specs are the same but you're still wondering why the price varies, check the mfg's website for technical documents. Most of the time, it's the same chip with a different label.

Went to Kingston's website and sourced out all the tech specs. The four chips in question were all the same specs, there's no need to purchase the "video" version of this card, because it's the same tech specs with a different label--literally. Save the $5 and get this, it includes a great card reader for pretty much nothing.

This is the equivalent to the $35ish 16gb Kingston. Unless you want the bleeding-edge performance of the higher-speed higher-class version of this chip (For $90), this is perfect

3 out of 5 eggsNOT micro

Pros: Decent 16 GB SDHC card and reader

Cons: NOT a micro SD card; the reader includes micro SD reading, but the card is standard SDHC size.
