Kingston 2GB 204-Pin DDR3 SO-DIMM Unbuffered DDR3 800 System Specific Memory Model KVR800D3S8S6/2G

Pros: Adding this system specific memory card and upgrading to Windows 7 Home Premium are two necessary upgrades for this little Netbook. The system booted and read the card without a problem. Both upgrades were done for about $40.00. Greatly speeds things along !!

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Sources on the Web indicated using a 4gb card was possible with the Windows 7 Home Premium upgrade. Kingston Tech Dept indicated this was not true, at least not for my little Gateway LT4009u. They directed me to the processor specific card for my system as there are 2 possible options.

Pros: I bought two of these for use with a Supermicro X7SPA-HF-D525 Atom board. Everything has been working fine for several months now.

Cons: None

Pros: Ram works as advertised. Upgrading was easy and there's been no faults with the hardware.

It was also dirt cheap which is always a nice bonus!

Cons: None thus far.

Other Thoughts: It's RAM and it does exactly what it's supposed to do. Not much else to say, is there?

Other Thoughts: I used this ram for a budget desktop. I never new that this kind of ram would even be seen with a desktop. I now wish that all desktop ram used this design. so much easier to intall. With a normal stick it feels like the motherboard gonna break from the force needed to install.

Pros: Use with D525 MB, running cool.

Pros: Works great in my Asus Atom board.
