Note: I got this memory for a Dell XPS-410, which uses this same type of memory.  The Dell specs only indicate 1Gb RAM for each slot on the XPS, but that was before 2Gb modules were supported. Somewhere I read that the 2Gb sticks would work, so I tried them and it did work.  I don't know if the same is true for the 755. So:
1. From the specs it looks like it is the same type of memory.  However, I cannot say it will work in the 755.
2. If they do work, yes, you should be able to replace them in pairs.
3. Don't know exactly, so I won't even try to explain latency.  You should be able to Google-it to find out.
