Pros: Nice upgrade to Dell Optiplex from 2gb to 16gb with Win7 64bit. Installed in 2 minutes and a LOT less expensive than Dell's memory upgrade whey you buy the machine.

Cons: Newegg is out of stock on these now and I need more.
