Pros: Packed beautifully - excellent instructions - works on my IBM T30 without any issues. Installed two simms in under a minute.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Pay the extra few bucks and get the memory designed and guaranteed to work with your computer. The "value" version of this simm had too many reviewer complaints from individuals who encountered compatibility issues. Not worth the hassle.

Other Thoughts: increased memory in a IBM T40 that is a few years old. This was rated as compatible by Kingston. Upgrade worked fine.
