Pros: Works well at its rated speed with specified parameters. Can even go a bit higher from 1066.

Cons: One of the dimm stopped working. Couldn't get a hold of manufacturer for replacement. One of the reason I purchased it was because of its warranty. I don't think it will be in this life time that I'll get it replaced. :(

Pros: Great sticks. Perfect ram for my Asus P5QL/EPU. I love the little red eyes.

Cons: NONE

Other Thoughts: Ram installs as 800 so you will have to change it to 1066 in the BIOS. This is stated in the documentation that come with this ram.

Pros: Price -1066 speed - killer looks - does not need a heat spreader- stable and can handle higher voltage. Total package.

Cons: none that I have experienced.
