Pros: Fits in my HP Mini netbook

Cons: Hot. Really really hot. I have an infrared thermometer--this memory topped 120 degrees F. That was with the cover on. I don't think that's normal. Keep small children away.

cheap simple upgrade

Pros: Cheap simple memory upgrade for Toshiba NB205 notebook that took less than 5 minutes to install and has worked flawlessly for 1 month.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: There is no reason to run a computer, especially a notebook, for less than the maximum upgradable ram nowadays with memory being so cheap.
