This is DDR2 800 memory

Pros: Works well at DDR2 800 setting

Cons: This memory is supposed to work at DDR2 1066 setting at lower voltage (1.6v) than default memory voltage on my motherboard. With memory voltage at default (1.8v) I changed the timing to match GeiL's spec of 6-6-6-18 and changed setting to DDR2 1066, the computer will not boot to OS.

Other Thoughts: I have not owned this memory long enough for it's reliability at current DDR2 800 setting, but I never had any reliability issue with memories so I expect no problems. Memory price seems to have climbed rocket high recently.

Pros: Very inexpensive high performance ram. I am using this in my new setup and it is rivaling faster machines. This is great ram and I have had no problems with it running anything linux / windows 7 / new games.

I am a developer and a gamer and this is the perfect price and performance for my needs. I max out this ram in games and on virtual servers and graphic software and it can run all of them at once no problem lol.

Cons: Gets a little warm. Buy heatsinks!
