5 out of 5 eggsgreat

Pros: this ram is great. the speed is amazing and i can tell a performance difference between this ram and my previous ram.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Note: Make sure your motherboard can support 2.2volts for ram because if it can't the mobo will either crash or not startup. If it doesn't support the voltage then you will have to use a lower voltage which means the ram you bought because it was the fastest will no longer be any faster than the ram you previously had.

5 out of 5 eggsAsome memory

Pros: awsome high quality RAM, and its fast expect almost instant alt tabbing in and out of games with no problem (even on vista)

Cons: price

Other Thoughts: bought the lower 5-5-5-18 version 1.5 years ago and it was the same price but now i gave that 2 gigs to my bro along with the 4200+ proccessor and got 4 gigs of this and a 6400+ and a 8800gts 512 my machine screams through everything 700 fps on TF2 and 50 on crysis maxed with 1280x720 which is the highest i do because otherwise i cant see anything on the screen it just gets to small!!! it can do 2550x1600 or what ever but it gets like 20-30 fps :(

5 out of 5 eggsImpressive for 2gb

Pros: I was very impressed with this RAM, decided to go for 2gb of quality high speed memory instead of 4gb of value RAM, and I've not been disappointed at all. I've had it near full use by accidentally running WoW and COD4 at the same time, but it still chugged through everything w/o a lockup.

Cons: Price, but its worth it.

Other Thoughts: Aside from the price of this ram, for DDR2 800 I really can't think of a better pick. It is amazingly fast.

5 out of 5 eggsBest Performer and Current Benchmark Record Holder

Pros: Well this is it, the top of the line and best of the best. Yes this is the fastest DDR2 Dual Channel memory you can currently buy. It's the most expensive too. If your a gamer or a hardcore enthusiast for computing performance look no further than this pair of DDR2 Twin modules right here. I am currently waiting for this particular item and have read all the reviews. Corsair excels in producing the best memory for your computers and I am willing to wait in line to experience this product.

Cons: None except for high cost, but then again this is top grade valued memory.

Other Thoughts: This product is in limited supply and difficult to find retailers who keep enough of it in stock to meet the demand. If you are willing to spend the money and wait for availability the performance benefits are surely worth while. Looking forward to these puppies and I will post a review after I install them.

5 out of 5 eggsFast sticks

Pros: these sticks are like NoS sticks for gaming. works awsomely with 590sli foxconn board. right now im running 4200+ windsor, 2 of these, 7950 nvid card, foxconn's 590 mobo, WD raptor, setup plays any game out at max its great!.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: if ur not too computer smart these sticks would be awsome for u since there pritty much Overclocked stock, compared to a cas 4 or 5 speed stick.

5 out of 5 eggsWOW!

Pros: DDR2 1000 CAS3!!

Saw this at

"very first known case of CAS 3 hitting DDR2-1000 speed! This was achieved on Corsair XMS TWIN2X2048-6400C3s that I will be doing a full review on whenever I stop drooling on my keyboard That's right, not only CAS3 @ DDR2-1000, but on a 2GB kit to boot!

I just received these sticks a couple of days ago and they looked really strong to start, but I never expected anything like this Voltage is, uh, "higher than stock" (2.45V). These are really strong on 2.2V to start, running DDR2-900 at default timings (3-4-3-9) benchable.

Initial screenies are at 250FSB (2:1 divider) where I initially hit it, but there's definitely more to come..."

Cons: ??

5 out of 5 eggsAwesome Memory, but

Pros: When equipped with the nVidia 590 chipset, this memory increases performance immensely, especially in games. It's because of the EPP. It makes overclocking simple for first timers as it does it automatically when enabled.

Cons: Don't buy it here for $xxx when you can get the same 2GB kit at other online sites for $xxx

Other Thoughts: Don't underestimate this memory. Pair it up with the compatible equipment and you'll see some impressive results. See TomsHardware for benchmarks.
