Just as the British Corsairs dominated the seven seas the Dominator series of DDR3 memory modules from Corsair will help you keep your enemies cowed as you run wild through online worlds. This 2GB set includes a matched pair of modules with 7-7-7-20 timing at 1800MHz.
Corsair's legendary reliability is backed with a lifetime warranty. The black dual path DHX aluminum heat spreaders on the modules help to extend their life by keeping them cool. The extended chip coolers are supplemented by a PCB cooler. Both sets of coolers are finned for extra surface area. The chip coolers are ribbed for maximum cooling area. The included fan set provides extra cooling for maximum performance. Win the race with Corsair XMS3 memory modules.

- Pros: GRAT RAM. Running on Gigabyte GA-X38T-DQ6, FSB 1604, E6850 at 3.610, memory frequency 802, latencies 7-7-7-20-2T, 1.9 volts, STABLE, STABLE, STABLE.
- Cons: NONE
- Other Thoughts: Came wtih a fan, but don't need to use it, not really pushing the memory with voltage to keep the memory stable, they are not hot, warm to the touch, and my case is well ventalated.
Corsair only the best
- Pros: Great RAM. Running of a Blitz Extreme, FSB 1605 MHz, memory frequency 725 MHz latencies 9-9-9-24 . Very stable.
- Cons: Price
- Other Thoughts: Corsair you get what you pay for!

Corsair Rules!
- Pros: Running at 1750MHz 7-7-7-20 2T cool, fast and stable. i love that fan...
- Cons: N/A
- Other Thoughts: Still waiting to update my BIOS to version P08. so i can try 1800MHz
MOBO: Evga Enforce 709i Ultra current BIOS: P06 CPU: Q9550 Power Supply: PC Power & Cooling 1200W Turbo
Make sure you have a stable Power Supply when configurating DDR3.
Good RAM but lot of defective units
- Pros: Excellent speeds at excellent timings.
Runs at 1T with no problems.
Runs at 1880mhz 7-7-7-20-1T at 2.05v.
- Cons: I had to RMA these between Corsair and newegg 3 times. Of a total of 8 sticks, 2 or 3 of them would not even boot, and 3 more lit up errors in memtest like the 4th of July.
I had my last Corsair RMA cross-shipped, and one of those sticks threw errors in memtest too, but one was good so I combined that with the good one from the set I was sending back and now have two good sticks.
If quality control was better, I'd give them 5 stars.
- Other Thoughts: I had an issue with a FSB hole that was making my machine freeze when I try to run them at stock speeds. I tried everything, but I just could not get them stable at 1800mhz.
I got them stable at 1740mhz at 7-7-7-20-1T @ 2.0v (have not tried 1.95v yet).
I also got them stable at 1880mhz 7-7-7-20-1T @ 2.05V, which is a decent overclock without having to change any of the timings.
Just perfect
- Pros: This memory is perfect, I am able to run it at 7-6-5-18-1T@1720MHz (bus speed limited a bit, need to water-cool my NB) @2.05V flawlessly, temps under load are up to 32C - I don't use fan at full speed running it at only 2500 RPM.
It is able to run at 8-7-6-21@2000MHz@2.05V as well. It uses D9GTS Micron chips AFAIK
- Cons: none so far
- Other Thoughts: This memory is better then Crucial Ballistix DDR3-2000 (PC-16000), which I have replaced with Corsair DDR3-1800. Corsair set uses D9GTR Micron chips and Crucial uses 9GTS Micron chips, but how Corsair DDR3-1800 over-perform DDR-3-2000 being able to work at 8-7-6-21-1T@2V@2000MHz while Crucial required 8-7-7-21@2V@2000MHz just too boot, it is a secret for me.
