Pros: Great memory! Bought 6 gigs for my brother, going to overclock it soon. Popped them in everything runs great!

Cons: None.

Pros: Works great at 9-9-9-24/1333.

Cons: Doesn't support JEDEC XMP; takes a fair bit of tweaking to get the settings correct. If I had more time, I would've opted for 1600 memory that supported XMP.

Other Thoughts: If you just need a quick fix, this is great. If you're looking for something good, look elsewhere. Corsair forum support is pretty lackluster.

Pros: Bought 2 sets for a grand total of 12 GB of memory for a workstation performing long-winded molecular dynamics simulations. I have had this memory in for 2-3 weeks, with 13-15 simulations running simultaneously and nearly consistently through the entire 2-3 weeks I mentioned. No problems thus far and the heat spreaders are definitely a life saver because of the set-up of my motherboard, which essentially sees hot air from the processor and heat sink being pushed right over the memory modules. I have an OCZ memory fan hovering just above as well to blow some air around between the sticks.

Performance is about what I expected, however, reliability was highest on my list of priorities for the RAM I would go with. If the computer craps out on you, you lose data, which means you wasted your time... wasting time won't get you grants.

Cons: My only complaint about using so much RAM is that the modules are in such close proximity to one another, which may/may not cancel out any heat spreading benefit the added spreaders apply--hence use of the overhead fan... and a house fan blowing directly in the case (side panel removed). This is more of a motherboard layout issue however and so will not affect my rating for the product.

this memory is not 100 percent compatible by gigabyte
use pc1600 1.65 or go to corsair. com and type in the name of the board you are using.

I bought this and would not install 12Gb

Pros: Great memory stilll after over a year of ownership

Cons: Had one stick die, but corsair RMA it very quickly

Pros: It's RAM and Corsair is supposed to be reliable.

Cons: 1 out of 3 was DOA and gave me post that it couldn't be identified. Swaped chips around and identified that it was due to only one of the chips.

Other Thoughts: In general, computer parts seem to have poorer QC these days. I have built computers in the past without issues, but the past couple weeks have been bizarre for Gigabyte, Corsair and Intel, all companies that normally have very good products.

Pros: Great memory at an affordable price. Paired with i7 950, EVGA X58 LE board, verify compatability with your board. These sticks work great with the board and Win7 64 Bit. Using the PC as HD Video 1080P editing. I can move through video and edit with NO problems. EVGA was a great help configuring memory to top speeds. Would highly recommend the H50 COrsair cooling, all new components run at high speeds and more heat. H50 is also available from NewEgg!

Other Thoughts: Recommended purchase from NewEgg, pair it with Win7 64 Bit, EVGA E757-SLI LE, intel 950 i7. All from NewEgg, great price, low shipping cost and FINANCING!

If you are getting these rams for gaming you only need 6gb, which is still overkill with most games.

Cons: None that i experienced so far.

Other Thoughts: If you are using i7 920 you will have to overclock your rams to get 1333 or more, because they only go up to 1066 at defaut.

Pros: Works great with the i7920 and is tolerant to over clocking.

Cons: I paid $90 for this 6 GB back in 05/09. Now it's $195?? I think I'll hold off on the upgrade.
