5 out of 5 eggsDominator 8GB (2x4GB)

Pros: Worked right out of the boxes. System had them all detected.

Cons: Not really enough to knock an egg off, but they are tall...the PCB itself is tall. Just be sure your aftermarket cooler doesnt hit them.

Other Thoughts: Nothing at this time.

1 out of 5 eggsBe Careful!

Pros: I have this exact same Corsair Dominator memory in the 2GB modules. Has been working great for 18 months!

Cons: WATCH-OUT! I purchased these 4GB modules, and they will not work on my Gigabyte MB! Contacted Corsair and they said they made a change and now these are no longer compatible. This model was listed before as compatible!

Other Thoughts: So, if I got these 4GB modules to work, I would have had expected them to be as great as my other 2GB which have been flawless for 18 months.

So, now I am out $15 restocking fee plus I pay for the return, because the compatibility chart was not up to date. How do I get Corsair to reimburse me for that???? Their Tech hotline simply didn't seem to care much. Response was to buy new Vengence series memory which they were sure is still compatible.

5 out of 5 eggsFast and Stable

Pros: I purchased this RAM specifically for a dedicated Folding rig. I needed to balance quality, speed, durability and cost. Having used Corsair RAM for years, there really was no other option. This dual channel kit is extremely stable. The heat spreaders keep the sticks cool - even in a semi-passive air cooled system.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I have this memory paired with an i7-860 and a GTX 660 Ti

5 out of 5 eggsBest Memory. Spend the extra $10.

Pros: These run very cool and strong. Had overheating issues before I got these puppies.

Cons: None. Have bought 4 or 5 of these dual channel kits over the past 3 years and all of them are as easy as plug and play. I have had 100% success with these.

5 out of 5 eggsThe Staple of Performance

Pros: Very Stable, Overclocks Easily, High Quality Heatsinks.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I've been using Corsair Dominator RAM for years. Its some of the best desktop memory you can buy as an enthusiast. The chips are selected from the best bins, so they overclock easily, and are stable when pushed hard. Corsair also uses a custom PCB with a heavy dual heatsink design called DHX. The sticks are solid and built like a tank. Night and day compared to their Vengeance line. These are rated at 1600mhz, but will clock much higher if you have the voltage. A great value compared to faster rated sticks from other inferior brands. Once you try Dominator ram everything else seems sub standard.

5 out of 5 eggsDecent

Pros: Works

Cons: not that big of deal, but had to manually change timings/voltage in bios, somewhat pricey, although newegg does offer it for the cheapest price $62 + free shipping.
