5 out of 5 eggsWithstands Voltage Spikes

Pros: Both my Asus P4p800edeluxe motherboard and XFX VGA card got Fried - But all 4 of my memory sticks still in excellent condition. Tested it with a P4V8X-MX board and works like a charm. Just amazed and impressed by corsair.

Cons: none

5 out of 5 eggsLegacy upgrade

Pros: That this DIMM is still available. Built a system in '02 with same DIMMs and this was the last upgrade before complete rebuild. Runs on: ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe. Great upgrade.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Bought Corsair same module v1.1 in 2002. The version I received from NE is 5.x. Keeping the v1.1 in primary DIMM sockets with v5.x in secondary, system wouldn't boot. Swapped to v5.x in primary and v1.1 in secondary and worked fine.

5 out of 5 eggsCan't beat it

Pros: After 3 years, two of these sticks can still handle games like Mass Effect and Bioshock at decent settings. Never had any bsods or crashes, even though for the first year the timing settings were off!

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: If you still have a PC3200 board and want to upgrade your memory, pick up some of these babies.

5 out of 5 eggsGood stuff

Pros: I've been running XP on one 256 stick for over a year running Office03, Photoshop etc with no problems... I had to look inside the case because I couldn't believe it.. This is good fast stable RAM

Cons: I bought it at 60 bucks for 256meg

5 out of 5 eggsworth extra $

Pros: very stable at fast speeds, i have pushed it to DDR 550 speeds and it failed to boot FINALLY!

Cons: it doesn't come with a fancy core 2 duo sticker :(

Other Thoughts: 2 x 512 Mb modules at 250 MHz (DDR 500) 2.5-4-3-7 1T timings. Passes memtest all day and night. Ready to buy another set. No lag in css

5 out of 5 eggsgreat RAM

Pros: had one 512 stick for a couple years, just bought one more to extend my comp's life another year (if not more). the specs on these are ridiculous. i've seen my 512 stick handle World of Warcraft better than a few 1gb systems of low quality ram.

Cons: kind of expensive, but you pay for what you get. in my experience, high quality RAM will out-perform lower quality RAM, even if it is listed faster.

Other Thoughts: you might be thinking to yourself "i could get 1gb or 2 gb for the same price or cheaper". dont waste your money. this stuff will work better, faster, and more reliably than those trash sticks. RAM is so touchy and finicky to begin with, why would you want to skimp on something so vital?

5 out of 5 eggsGreat Ram

Pros: Great ram, works fine, have 4 512meg sticks so I can have 2 gigs of dual channel ram. Running stock voltage and timings. I have had these sticks for over 2+ years maybe long I forgot when I got them.

Cons: That I was lied to and was told that this ram could go to CAS # of 1...HA yea right. Found out that one of my sticks went bad, dunno why. Could be from me over clocking them but I stayed above 2.5,3,3,6(amd system). So maybe it just decided to go bad.

Other Thoughts: What is sad is that since one stick is bad, I have to pull another stick out to keep dual channel mode, so instead of running 2 gig dual channel, i'm only running 1 gig dual channel :( I would like to buy another stick of ram but New Egg is currently out of them and I don't want to spend 30 extra dollars somewhere else. Sidenote: the difference from 1 gig and 2 gigs is like night and day. Splurge and get 2 gigs, you and your system will be happy.

5 out of 5 eggsGood quality, AWESOME RAM!

Pros: Very nice quality! I have always wanted Corsair XMS RAM however I never wanted to spend the money for it. I finally bit my lip and said enough with the Wintec RAM. I bout a DFI motherboard so I had to get some higher quality memory. I have this RAM clocked at 2.5,3,3,6. Very stable and I have had absolutly no problems.

Cons: I want a gig more and i dont have th emoney for that right now:(

Other Thoughts: AMD Athlon FX-55, 1gb (2x512) Corsair XMS, DFI NF4 Ultra-D board, Seagate 200gb hd, OCZ 700watt PSU
