- Pros: Works great in my picky Dell e510. Casual gaming and audio/video editing are much smoother now. A noticeable performance gain from 1 Gig, but only while using certain applications.
- Cons: None.
- Other Thoughts: I would have thought I'd notice a much greater performance gain in day-to-day tasks when upgrading from 1 Gig to 3 Gigs. This upgrade didn't have the same "bang" I got when I went from 8 Mb to 40Mb in the early 90's ago, but when I need my applications to work, boy do they work!
Amazing
- Pros: Great product at an amazing price from a well known company. I have had this for a little over 3 months and have no problems.
- Cons: Supposed to be compatability, but it runs fine with my previous RAM installed as well.
- Other Thoughts: I needed the extra RAM for World of Warcraft, and multi-tasking. I have used Corsair in the past and knew of the quality. Myself and 4 others all ordered our own pack, and none of us have had any problems.
