5 out of 5 eggsOld but good

Pros: Breathed life into a old computer. A old compaq prosignia with a Pentium 3 600MHZ. It had 128 and put this in there and a noticible speed increase. Makes things bearable now. Before it would take a hour to open up anything.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Looked on cpu-z and it said the memory manufacturer was Hyundai?? So i don't know if they made the memory for muskin or if someone put in some hyundai memory instead of mushkin. Either way it's all good cause it works. Was funny when i popped out the stick from the case, It's like 100 times bigger than DDR2 i forget how big old stuff is compared to new stuff.

5 out of 5 eggsPC memory

Pros: Memory sticks are perfect.

Cons: Shipping to Prescott, Wisconsin must be in the missed cross-section of shipping. It ALWAYS takes a day longer then specified.

4 out of 5 eggsGood Value

Pros: I needed some SDR RAM to breathe some life back into an old PC I'd recently salvaged. For $10, I figured this stuff was worth a shot, and so far it hasn't disappointed. This RAM worked right off the bat, with not a single problem. Now that I've seen it perform, I feel confident in returning to buy another two sticks to get some actual working speed going.

Cons: The packaging seems a little flimsy. In fact, mine didn't even come wrapped in an anti-static bag, which I'm sure is the norm these days. I know this is only a ten dollar stick of RAM, but at that price, it's not worth the money to RMA it, so I'd like to think the company would make a special effort (Or even just an average effort) to minimize the chances of DOA products.

Other Thoughts: I should warn that I've only had this RAM installed for around two weeks now, less than a month, so I can't make any promises as to this product's longevity, an area that generic RAM isn't exactly renowned for scoring well in. I guess I'll just have to wait and see...

4 out of 5 eggsResto-Ration-o

Pros: I was at first concerned in past its always been a bit of a struggle fitting ram into the board. This one fit right into my old compaq nicely. It was a nice touch to bring some life into my old computer. It manages a whole lot better now I am very pleased. I bought compaq presario in January 2001. Computer accepted ram and installed and loaded at startup.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: I just bought this so I can not say anything about the lifespan of the ram or durability but for less than 20 dollars I brought some Life into my dinosaur. Highly Recommend.

5 out of 5 eggsDefinite speed increase

Pros: I bought two of these and stuck them in a computer that is running an Intel Celeron 950 MHz processor with a 100 MHz FSB. It originally had a single 64 MB PC100 module that was already installed. Noticed a big difference in the speed of Windows XP PRO and Windows 98SE booting up. Both load programs quickly without any problems.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: upgraded from 1 stock 128 meg ram stick to 2 of these 128 meg rams sticks. SUCH P-P-Power!!1!!1!
