Pros: Inexpensive.

Cons: DDR2 533 (4200).

Other Thoughts: Too bad I can't run faster ram in my laptop. DDR2 533 at a latency of 4 feels sooo much slower than my DDR 400 (3200) with latency of 2 and 1T timing on my desktop. It seems DDR2 really didn't pay off 'till it hit DDR2 800 (6400) speeds. Oh, well, at least XP Home eats up 512MB of the Gig, so I know I'm getting some performance boost, it's just a little lagging.
