Pros: Amazing game performance, and solid as a rock at advertised ratings (1600 Mhz, 7-7-7-20 @ 1.90v) -- runs like a Swiss watch!
Cons: None. At all.
Other Thoughts: I have a board (MSI NF980-G65) that is known to be a bit finicky when it comes to RAM timings. Took a little trial and error to figure exactly how to get it to behave, but I chalk that up to my own lack of expertise regarding voltages and timings. Once everything was configured properly, This new build became the most stable system I've ever built!

Other Thoughts: like many people have said you MUST MUST MUST set the voltages between 1.85-1.95. i have the voltage set to 1.9 and manually set the timings and there have been no hiccupps since
