Pros: Small size and shape of the plastic part ensure that this drive won't catch on things (and pull out or break off), even when stuffing a laptop in a tight bag.

Cons: You pay a price for the convenient size, because the read and write speeds are slower than the "bar" version of this drive. If speed is important to you, just get the "bar" version, it writes at about 20-30 MB/s and reads at about 50-60 MB/s - twice as fast as the "fit" version.

Other Thoughts: Other have said that it gets hot, but mine didn't - just slightly warm, as is usual.

Pros: Fast. Not too hot.

Cons: Seems to be ejecting itself on occasion :(
