5 out of 5 eggsSolid, Dependable, Inexpensive

Pros: *Very inexpensive for capacity
*Crucial/Micron name has always been solid in RAM
*Works just as it should
*Operating perfectly in a casual-use Celeron system

*Lifetime warranty is for real!

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: Heat-spreaders are not necessary for casual-use systems, so don't gripe about a lack of flashy anodized aluminum on a budget.

I had an issue with their memory just as these guys were changing over to 'Crucial' brand(used to be Micron), many years ago. Sent the defective memory to them after a couple of email exchanges for troubleshooting, and they returned brand-new memory modules to me as warranty replacements.
I had no receipt or other proof of purchace, and the memory in question was easily 4 to 6 years old already.

If you ever have a problem with a Crucial product, and the labels are still intact, the manufacturer will honor their lifetime warranty.

Pros: Neweggs service, price and delivery. Own quite a few sticks of Crucial memory. Always been the top for the average guy.

Cons: None.

Other Thoughts: For special applications Crucil can be contacted by phone too.

5 out of 5 eggschange my review, intel mobo

Pros: works fine in other mobo

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: i stated the memory would not work in my mobo only to find out this memory is high density and not low density needed for my intel mobo. stupid mistake my me. i just assumed. speaking to a crucial tech set me straight. asume and your doomed. oh well rookie mistake!

5 out of 5 eggsWorks fine for cheap build

Pros: Bought this for a cheap low power build for a general guest pc for web use. Checked with memtest and was error free. It was just what I needed for my AMD Sempron 140 processor. Have not experienced any problems or BSOD's. Good budget memory for the price.

Cons: Non to date.

Other Thoughts: Wish it had a heat sink or spreader, but with it being single sided and not high power memory. I guess it wouldn't be worth it.

3 out of 5 eggsseems fine

Pros: boots, works

Cons: No heat sink material. For some reason my computer never maxes out memory usage. When running memory stress tests on prime95 highest allowed usage is usually 1.6gb and I have it set to use all 2gb.

1066 speed is all my core i7 supports out of the box, but I didn't know you just have to play around with the BIOS to get it to recognize faster speeds

Other Thoughts: Sold these online, replaced them with corsair 1600's

4 out of 5 eggsEhhh.

Pros: It allowed my system to boot, quick and easy.

Cons: Not the fastest memory by any stretch, and 1066 is below spec for my AM3 board.

Other Thoughts: I'm building a new PC for myself a bit at a time, and I got this memory for nice and cheap. Not the fastest by any stretch, but more than enough to get started. As I start aiming for performance, rather than functionality, I'll probably pick up 2x2GB of Mushkin or OCZ.

Pros: Cheap seems to work fine.

Cons: Not as fast (CAS) as I would like

Other Thoughts: When I bought this it was a great bang for the buck
