5 out of 5 eggsWorks Great

Pros: I purchased this for the memory upgrade of Dell Mini 10v. It took me almost 1 hour to disassemble the netbook to change the 1GB to 2GB module, but it is all good now. Much faster on running the Windows XP Home on that PC.

Cons: None

4 out of 5 eggs"Old school" RAM for an "outdated" netbook.

Pros: Direct replacement for the standard 1GB stick in an EeePC 1015PEB.

More RAM = less swap usage in Fedora 17 and Ubuntu 12.04, as I have swappiness set up to only be used when RAM is maxed (which is rarely, also helps keep the new SSD alive longer).

Memtest86+ tested stable and error free, as usual with Crucial products.

Cons: DDR2 RAM is starting to get expensive again.

The RAM itself is still a good buy for the money to keep older netbooks (like my EeePC 1015PEB) and laptops alive long enough to provide family members a "new" machine for a few more years.

Other Thoughts: Keep the "old" working as "new" and save some money this holiday season (and avoid the BF craziness at the brick and mortar stores). My daughter will be thrilled that she will be getting a netbook for XMas this year, and at less than $130, I won't be breaking the bank making the family happy.

5 out of 5 eggsGood replacement for old RAM.

Pros: -high clock speed for ddr2
-solidly built
-no install issues
-good capacity

Cons: None so far

Other Thoughts: The ram in my old inspiron 1520 died and I kept getting BSOD's even a few seconds after boot. Popped this in works, zero issues. And better performance
