Cons: Didn't work. bought to replace a 2g stick that died. Put it in and computer wouldn't start. Tried in different slots and still nothing. Computer only started after i removed this stick and only had my original one in. Same type and brand as my original, so has to be a faulty stick.

Other Thoughts: Going to return for refund and just go with a new 8gb gskill kit for a new build.

Other Thoughts: This is inexpensive, no frills memory that still works great. Crucial makes high quality products, and this is no exception. Absoutely no complaints about the memory.

Pros: This stick is well worth its price and works exactly as advertised, even a little better. Also, it is the same price I paid for a 1GB stick of the same brand and speed about 1.5 years ago.

Cons: I wasn't able to overclock this to 1600, despite the fact that before buying this, I had 3x1GB sticks of the same brand and speed.
This is currently the weakest link in my build now, but it isn't sold as high-performance memory -- not by a long shot.

Other Thoughts: While this module wasn't quite as versatile as the 1GB versions I owned beforehand, it doesn't mean every stick of the same model will be the same. Also, it certainly performs as well (if not better) than the way it is supposed to.
