Pros: runs perfect as advertised. I have never had Crucial that did not work. their memory is very good.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: it's memory, either works or it doesn't work.
grand daughters new laptop came with 1 4gig stick and I felt it needed more so I put in another 4gig from Crucial and all is good.

5 out of 5 eggsBest RAM

Pros: Easy to Install
Works as expected

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: I received memory within 2 days of ordering. It was easy to install and works fine without any issues. My computer supports up to 8 GM of RAM so I bought 2 x 4GB.

5 out of 5 eggsWorks in late 2009 Mac Mini

Pros: Received two sticks of this RAM free with Crucial M4 SSDs. Placed both sticks into a late 2009 Mac Mini (specced for PC3 8500 DDR3 1066 RAM). Lo and behold this is working for a month with no problems. And here I thought my MAC was going to be temperamental with out-of-spec RAM. :-)

Cons: Absolutely NONE.

1 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Worked for a year

Cons: Only worked for a year. Started turning itself on and off and screen filled with static for a few minutes then cleared up. The condition became more frequent, then the unit died. It's two months beyond the warranty period

5 out of 5 eggsFunctional

Pros: It is as advertised. It works. It doesn't overheat. More RAM is useful.

Cons: It doesn't make my laptop lighter or sexier. It also doesn't increase my HD capacity (fortunately, since I don't have an Apple virtual memory setup, it doesn't _decrease_ my HD capacity either). I can't tell if it looks awesome, since my case is opaque.

Other Thoughts: There really isn't much for laptop RAM to do, besides work. I guess I could run some performance tests to see if it's fast. I haven't done that. My machine seems pretty responsive, and I am definitely using the extra 4GB some of the time.
