1 out of 5 eggsFAILED MEM TEST X86

Pros: Lifetime Warranty

Cons: Crucial Warranty Requires You To Pay For All Shipping

Other Thoughts: Crucial Quality Control is not what it used to be.
Don't waste your time, buy Hyper X or G SKILL.

1 out of 5 eggsDOA

Pros: LIFE TIME WARRANTY

Cons: DEAD ON ARRIVAL

Other Thoughts: It's a sad day for me to write anything negative about Crucial because this is my first DOA experience in twenty years buying crucial memory products since 1995. Almost a Flawless Victory, almost...

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: i bought this to replace defective units in a factory system. it perked the machine right up and seems to be running very smoothly now. =)

the heat spreaders look kind of neat too.

Cons: none yet that i noticed.

Other Thoughts: the shipping pretty much blew. i opted for the cheapest shipping level and dhl never updated the tracking until they were delivered. i even called them and tried to get an update and was just told "they were on the truck".... considering dhl gave it to the post office for delivery, they should have just skipped them and done priority mail or something.

i work for a living and it's nice to be able to figure out approximately when things are going to be delivered so i can be here to get them.

Other Thoughts: RMA-ing... fingers crossed for that refund...

5 out of 5 eggsstability - availabilty

Pros: Availability - stability - Corsair reputation

Cons: price, but hey, it's DDR2.

Other Thoughts: I needed some DDR2 (4GB) and knew it'd be a little more expensive that DDR3 - this fit the bill and helped the system come together really nice (WHS 2011 system)

4 out of 5 eggsRock Solid Ram

Pros: Feels nice and solid. Definitely doesn't feel like it will crack when you are pushing them in the slots. Looks cool, can't believe it's sold out and I'm the only one who reviewed this.

Cons: It's only because of my motherboard, which I will be updating in the next month or so, but it only ran at 333.3 mhz. Not taking an egg off for that since I knew, what I am taking an egg off for is that it scored exactly the same wei of 4.8/5.9 in Vista as it did with my no name (literally) ram it is replacing.

Other Thoughts: Overall I would get another pair if my mobo supported over 4gb ram even with 64 bit OS. They just look good, prob runs cooler, and feels nice and solid.
