5 out of 5 eggsWorks great

Pros: I use this in an Asus M5A99FX Pro R2.0. Performance is excellent. It also passed 24 hours of memtest86+ without any trouble. It's one of the few ways to get ECC memory without breaking the bank.

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: I got this because of the ECC support. I want the extra protection from bit flips. I run it at the stock speed, no overclocking.

5 out of 5 eggsCrucial DDR3 1600 ECC works perfectly

Pros: Works perfectly, as expected, on old Phenom II X6 1100T on old ASUS M5A97 mobo.
Machine runs 24/7/365 doing climate models from
Got new memory for the small speed advantage over original non-ECC 1333 memory, and had 1 unexplained system error recently.
In another 3-4 years, if there's a memory problem, I'd be totally surprised.
The new Crucial DDR3 1600 ECC works perfectly, and any problem would surprise me.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Just happy that ECC mem is still an option on old Phenom II.

5 out of 5 eggsGood Stuff

Pros: - It's RAM
- Works like RAM
- Corsair

Cons: - It's high priced..

Other Thoughts: Seriously though, it is RAM and does it's job. No errors or crashes after about 100 days of uptime.

5 out of 5 eggsRAM Upgrade for PowerEdge T20

Pros: According to Crucial's website this RAM is not compatible with the T20, but the parameters of the memory appeared to fit the C226 chipset on the motherboard. The machine is using the A02 BIOS. I purchased two kits for a total of 16GB on four sticks. The machine booted without issue and appears to be running as expected. The OS is VMWare ESXi 5.5.

Cons: There is not a lot of information about this RAM on the Internet. I did not mix the RAM with the OEM RAM from DELL. I moved that memory to another T20. Although it is listed as server RAM in the product description the packaging says workstation. Not that it matters.
