Pros: I used this memory in my new brother hl- 4040cdn. Recognized the first time I booted after install even though it was not on the compatibility list.

Cons: Kinda pricy for 512mb but when companies are making faster ram at a higher volume, you can expect old memory to go up in price.

Cons: I tried four of these SDRAM modules and each one did not work. The cards were recognized by the laptop after they were installed but shortly thereafter the computer and programs started freezing up requiring force quits, etc. The first two that I ordered were returned for two more of the same, with the same results. I finally tried a more expensive brand and haven't had any problems.

Pros: It's Work's.!

Other Thoughts: Brought it as a christmas gift for my mom's IBM Thinkpad, installed it and it's running faster.

Pros: Worked great in my daughters Dell C610.

Other Thoughts: Bought Ram from a discount place EMARTBUY. One worked one RMA. Later Media player gave blue screen. RMA'ed both chips, got one back,same thing!Finally went to Newegg and as usual, Great product worked great! Don't waste time and money on cheep companies, go to newegg and get what you pay for!

Pros: Good RAM that works. Got two of these for a customer to upgrade his Dell Inspiron 4100 to 1GB (from 256MB), and they both work. Now it is somewhat more up-to-date.

Cons: Wish it was cheaper, but for some reason PC100 and PC133 memory is pricey.

Pros: It worked on a old Toshiba tablet

Other Thoughts: Usually i would not upgrade older PC but this is a tiny Toshiba tablet and it works well now.

Cons: It does not work in the laptop. according to the site this is the memory upgrade for this laptop. (taking in the version number, type, speed, etc) all are correct. this memory would not work. laptop would not boot up.
