5 out of 5 eggsGood memory for Mac iBook

Pros: Installed this on Mac iBook G4, made it run much faster.

Cons: None. I am happy with this DDR memory.

4 out of 5 eggsNew Life

Pros: Memory worked great in a 5 year old laptop. Running 512mb it was sluggish and very frustrating at times. The 1GB boost of memory brought this relic of a laptop back to life.

Cons: none so far

Other Thoughts: Very good upgrade for those old laptops. Less then 30$ for a very nice speed boost is worth it.

5 out of 5 eggssounds funny

Pros: It worked. It wasn't dead on arrival. Price was reasonable

Cons: Bios screen said it was running at 333 not 400, but then again my laptop has integrated memory that's slowing it down ... I'll have find a way to disable the integrated memory to know for sure.

Other Thoughts: If you're using a machine that runs ddr1 memory then chances are brand names aren't going to matter to you. It does what it's suppose to do, & I'm not thinking about the brand of hardware when I'm computing.

5 out of 5 eggsGood

Pros: was ok, just didn't end up being what was needed to work.

Cons: none really, kinda high, but i guess old ram is high, because of supply and demand, they aren't sold in bulk
like ddr2 and ddr3.

5 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Its cheap, its memory, it works as advertised.

Cons: not cheap enough?

Other Thoughts: Now have 2 of these in my ThinkPad R51, completely replacing the standard IBM memory. Thinking of getting another for my iBook G4 to max it out too. No reason not to at that price.
Great service from NewEgg as usual.

5 out of 5 eggsIt's Memory

Pros: Worked as advertised: 1 GB DDR 400. What else is there to say?

Cons: I was hoping NewEgg would throw in an extra memory module so I could have 2 GB, but alas, they only sent what I ordered.

Other Thoughts: My 5-year-old laptop had 256 and 512 ddr 400 modules. I replaced the 256 with this 1GB, doubling the total memory and breathing new life into my old laptop.
