5 out of 5 eggsEasy and fast

Pros: Nice fit and form - labels are sharp and readable - no manufacturing leftovers - driver installs fast - directions are easy to read if brief - drive letters are set to obvious icons to tell the various card slots apart.
USB 3.0 is shockingly fast if you have a class 10 card - worth the price just to get photos off the camera in seconds!

Cons: Not sure of anything... Maybe the icons are not too professional looking? Seriously, it does the job.

Other Thoughts: Some have said the cable is not long enough. I have a Rosewill CHALLENGER-U3 Black Gaming ATX Mid Tower Computer Case and the cable was plenty long to go out and to the external ports.

But I purchased a SYBA USB 3.0 PCI-e Card with HDD Power Connector (3 + 1 Ports) Model SD-PEX20080 for some extra ports as well as the internal one that this is plugged into. That works awesome and for the $20, nice to have 3 more powered ports.

Pros: none

Cons: The cable is too short for some cases, when I emailed the company they basically said that because my case doesn't have the 3.5 slot in the middle of the case the cable won't reach. I now have to buy a USB3.0 extension cable which is still 1.5 feet! That is going to be a nightmare to try and hide, and it is going to cost be $5 plus shipping, what a rip off!!

Other Thoughts: It seems to me that they should list how long the cable is, or at least have a disclaimer saying something like "will fit most mid sized cases"

1 out of 5 eggsDissapointed

Pros: USB 3.0 - if you have a small case

Cons: The USB cable is too short to reach the back of my mobo.

Other Thoughts: I can't tell you if it is faster or slower than my USB 2.0 card reader as I can't get this to connect to my mobo!!

4 out of 5 eggsKoutech USB 3.0 card reader.

Pros: USB 3.0, attached cord, supports several card types, works great so far.

Cons: I wish the cable were a little longer. I don't have an internal USB port, so the cable will have to go out the back of the case and plug into a rear port. I thought my mobo had a port on it! MY BAD!

Other Thoughts: I am using it as an external card reader. It is not much larger than an external reader and it's completely encased anyway. I know it's faster than my USB 2.0 card reader, but I cannot give comparative numbers yet. I don't have the fastest cards, anyway.
