Pros: Installed like a breeze and is much faster than the OEM SSD. I installed it on my Asus EP121 the original SSD was full almost immediately.
Cons: You have to make a system image and install it after installing the SSD.

Pros: Small size, 120gb of space. Good for an OS and programs drive in a laptop. Don't have to compromise space for speed in a laptop as you could have both a regular hard drive and this SSD together.
Cons: More expensive compared with other SSDs. mSATA is also more expensive than a standard SSD.
Other Thoughts: Stuck it in my T420i, which had a single installation screw already present. Didn't bother doing any other "tricks". OS installation to the SSD in the presence of the regular hard drive went without a hitch. After installing W7, I did not bother to do any of those "SSD Optimization Tricks". W7 appears to have recognized that it was on an SSD and has done the things that actually needed to be done.
