Pros: None.

Cons: My card was in bulk packaging. If the card was not in retail packaging, it has no warranty. Zilch. That's the answer I got from Sandisk. When I asked if the reseller was authorized to sell the product, they said they don't know, even though I provided an invoice from the seller.

Other Thoughts: I've bought CPUs, optical drives, hard disks in bulk packaging. All of them came with full warranty. This sounds like an outlet for cards that don't pass QA for Sandisk. I'm shocked that a name brand will do this.

Other Thoughts: I just wanted to comment on the awesome customer service from Newegg. I ordered this item on a Wed afternoon and it was at my door by noon the next day...oh yeah, that was with 3 day shipping! I'm very happy with the alacrity they show their customers!
