5 out of 5 eggsWorks well for recording 1080P 60 FPS video

Pros: I've had this card in my camera (Sony RX100) for over a year now and it has performed flawlessly in this role. The camera can't push more data to the card than it's write speed can handle. For example, I can shoot at least 5-10 frames in rapid succession (20 MP, each JPEG is ~5-10 MB) without hitting any walls. The camera records video at 1080P 60 FPS and can write to the card indefinitely. What more can I ask for in this role?

Cons: None so far.

Other Thoughts: To be fair, I have not tested the card's read/write speeds synthetically so I can't comment on how honest the marketing claims are regarding read/write speeds. It just hasn't been an issue for me at all.

1 out of 5 eggsCorrupted after several months

Pros: Price

Cons: Corrupted

Other Thoughts: It was working fine for less than a year. One day camera was unable to write. Card became corrupted. Tried to restore w/out luck. Pay more and get more reliable brand. I have PNY USB 64GB stick as well and it's not recognized by all devices.

4 out of 5 eggs

Pros: Performs as advertised, goes on sale often.

Cons: None

Other Thoughts: Bought for an Olympus SP-100. Card worked fine, but I hated the camera and returned it. Should have kept the packaging for the card so I could return that too, but I was not able to. Oh well, spares are good to have.

2 out of 5 eggsFried

Pros: Fast while it lasted.

Cons: Locked up and completely stopped working (DOA) on this past Christmas Day. Lost all that was on it and the card itself stopped working. It had only been used a handful of times as it is the Elite Performance version, so I was saving it for special occasions.

Other Thoughts: I can, and do, backup my hard drives actively now that I have had enough crashes and know that the manufacturers are focusing on volume, not quality, especially in the consumer space. SD Cards don't typically have the luxury of a backup that can occur with the cards in the cameras - so please spend a little more time creating a quality product.

5 out of 5 eggsVery good price

Pros: $36 for 64GB of UHS1/Class 10.

Cons: none

Other Thoughts: Haven't tested to see if the 90/60 MB/s R/W numbers are valid, but it's fast enough for my hardware.

1 out of 5 eggsCorrupt card

Pros: Fancy label, good price

Cons: stopped working after my first shoot. lost all but a few images, card was unreadable and could not recover my images.

Other Thoughts: opened it up and put it in my camera. i took a couple of shots to make sure it worked, looked at them on the back of my camera and was ready to go. i headed to a very important shoot. as i was shooting, the card was working fine. i was able to review the images as i went. however, when i got home, i noticed that ONLY 20 images were still remaining on the card. after some time and 4 different types of software, i was unable to recover anything. without getting too dramatic, they were pretty much irreplaceable images. i have never had an SD card fail. and with this "high end" elite card, I never expected an issue. so please be warned...
